Minimal Data Collection

Marketing Opt-Out
jill6 will only send promotional communications to Players who have expressly opted in. You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time through your Account settings or by contacting our support team — with no impact on your ability to use the Platform.

01 About This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected and processed by jill6 in connection with your use of the jill6 Platform at jill6.net, including all sub-pages, game lobbies, account management features, and customer support interactions. It applies whether you access the Platform through a desktop browser, a mobile browser, or any other compatible device.
jill6 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every Filipino player who uses our Platform. jill6 does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as defined under RA 10173 (such as religious beliefs, health records, or political affiliations) unless it is voluntarily provided and directly relevant to a specific support or responsible gaming request. 03 How We Use Your Personal Data

- Account creation and management: Processing your registration, authenticating your identity at login, and maintaining your Account profile throughout your relationship with jill6.

- Payment processing: Facilitating deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and card networks, and maintaining accurate transaction records.
- Game delivery and personalisation: Providing access to slots, live casino, bingo, fishing arcade games, and sports betting; and tailoring your game lobby experience based on your activity history where you have consented to personalisation.

- Customer support: Responding to your enquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining records of our communications for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.
- Marketing communications: Sending you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and news about new games — but only where you have expressly opted in to receive such communications. You can opt out at any time.
- Platform improvement: Analysing aggregated, anonymised usage data to improve the design, performance, and content of the jill6 Platform.
04 Legal Bases for Processing
Under the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (RA 10173), jill6 must have a lawful basis for each type of personal data processing we conduct. The lawful bases we rely on are:
- Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform our contract with you — namely, to operate your Account, process your wagers, and facilitate your deposits and withdrawals. Without this processing, jill6 cannot provide its services to you.
- Legal obligation: Processing necessary to comply with Philippine law — including PAGCOR licensing requirements, anti-money laundering obligations, tax reporting duties, and lawful orders from government regulators and courts.
- Legitimate interests: Processing conducted on the basis of jill6's legitimate business interests, where those interests are not overridden by your data protection rights. This includes fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and internal analytics.
- Consent: Processing for which jill6 has obtained your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent — most notably, sending you direct marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Where processing is based solely on your consent (such as marketing emails or SMS), you may withdraw that consent at any time by updating your preferences in Account Settings or by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Withdrawal of consent will not affect any processing that occurred prior to the withdrawal.
05 Data Sharing & Disclosure
jill6 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share your information only in the limited circumstances described below, and only to the extent strictly necessary for each purpose.
- Payment processors and e-wallet providers: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and card network processors receive the financial data necessary to execute your deposit and withdrawal requests. Each processor operates under its own privacy policy and is bound by applicable Philippine financial regulations.
- Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC (Know Your Customer) service providers may process your identity documents and biometric data solely to verify your age and identity in line with PAGCOR requirements. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
- Game software providers: Providers of slot, live casino, bingo, and fishing game software receive the minimum session data necessary to deliver gameplay and calculate outcomes. Game providers do not receive your full identity or financial details.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with you. Where jill6 is required by law to retain data beyond these periods, we will retain only the minimum data necessary to satisfy that legal obligation.
08 Data Security
jill6 implements a layered approach to data security, combining technical, organisational, and physical controls to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or alteration.
- Encryption in transit: All data exchanged between your device and the jill6 Platform is protected by TLS 1.2 or higher (SSL/HTTPS). Connection security is enforced on all Platform endpoints without exception.
- Encryption at rest: Personal data and financial records stored in jill6's databases are encrypted using AES-256 encryption. Encryption keys are managed under a strict key management policy with access limited to authorised personnel only.
- Access controls: Access to personal data within jill6's internal systems is restricted to employees and contractors who have a legitimate need to access it for their specific job functions. All access is logged and regularly audited.
- Password security: Player passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes — never in plain text. jill6 staff cannot view your password and will never ask for it via any communication channel.

09 Your Data Rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (RA 10173), you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by jill6. These rights may be exercised by contacting our Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 12.
jill6 will respond to data rights requests within 30 calendar days of receipt. For complex or multiple requests, we may extend this period by an additional 30 days and will notify you accordingly. We do not charge a fee for exercising your rights, though we may charge a reasonable administrative fee for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.
To protect your data and prevent unauthorised access, jill6 will verify your identity before processing any data rights request. You may be asked to confirm your registered email address, account details, and provide a copy of a government-issued ID where necessary.
10 Children & Minors
The jill6 Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in compliance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirement for online gaming in the Philippines. jill6 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If jill6 discovers or reasonably suspects that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the following actions will be taken immediately:
- The Account associated with the underage individual will be suspended pending investigation.
- All wagers placed by the underage individual will be voided.
- Any deposits made will be returned through the original payment method where possible, with no winnings paid out.
- All personal data associated with the underage individual will be securely deleted from jill6's systems, subject only to any minimum retention obligations required by Philippine law.
- The matter may be referred to PAGCOR as required under jill6's licensing conditions.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child (under 21) has registered a jill6 account or provided personal data to jill6 without your consent, please contact our support team at [email protected] immediately. We will investigate and act promptly.
11 Changes to This Privacy Policy
jill6 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, updates to Philippine law or NPC guidelines, new Platform features, or changes in PAGCOR requirements. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated whenever a new version is published.
Where a change to this Policy is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or our data processing practices — jill6 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice before the change takes effect. Notice will be given via the email address registered to your Account and/or through a prominent banner on the Platform.
For non-material changes (such as clarifications, formatting corrections, or updates that do not affect the substance of our data practices), the updated Policy will take effect upon publication at jill6.net/privacy-policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how jill6 protects your personal information.
Your continued use of the jill6 Platform after an updated Policy takes effect constitutes your acknowledgement of the changes. If you disagree with any update, you may request Account closure and we will return your undisputed real-money balance.
