01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "jill6", "we", "us", "our" refers to the jill6 online gaming platform operated at jill6.net, including all subdomains and associated services.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jill6 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration, through which all gaming, financial, and account management activities are conducted.
• "Platform" means the jill6 website, its mobile-optimised interface, all game lobbies, the betting section, the account dashboard, and all services accessible through jill6.net.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, slot machines, live dealer tables, bingo rooms, fishing arcade titles, and sports betting markets made available through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback offer, or other incentive offered by jill6 to Players, each of which is subject to its own specific promotion terms in addition to these Terms.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game entry placed by a Player using real-money balance or bonus balance from their Account.
• "PHP" or "₱" means Philippine Peso, the sole currency used for all financial transactions on the Platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body responsible for overseeing legal gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Verification" means the identity and age confirmation process that jill6 may require from a Player at registration, at withdrawal request, or at any other point determined by jill6 or required by regulation.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jill6 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the jill6 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jill6 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or verbal — relating to the same subject matter.

jill6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

03 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a jill6 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any jill6 employee or affiliated entity.
• You do not already hold an existing jill6 Account (whether active, suspended, or closed). Each Player is permitted one Account only.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the jill6 Platform or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms, unless jill6 has expressly reinstated your eligibility in writing.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will update it promptly if it changes.

jill6 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, provided that any undisputed real-money balance will be returned to the Player through appropriate channels.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jill6 Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your Account.

All activities conducted through your Account — including Wagers placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether those activities were conducted by you personally or by a third party who accessed your Account with or without your permission.

• You must notify jill6 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any compromise of your login credentials.
• You must not access the jill6 Platform through automated means, bots, scripts, or any software not expressly authorised by jill6.
• jill6 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jill6 support immediately.

05 Prohibited Activities

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jill6 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, age, or address during registration or verification; impersonating another person; or using fraudulent payment credentials.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are proceeds of illegal activity, or to otherwise obscure the origins of funds in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; creating fictitious play patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; or colluding with other Players to exploit promotional offers.
• Collusion and cheating: Coordinating Wagers with other Players to gain an unfair advantage; using any device, software, or technique to manipulate game outcomes; or exploiting software errors or bugs.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place Wagers or interact with the Platform without manual human input.
• Underage gaming: Attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly allowing an underage individual to access the Platform using your Account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank, e-wallet provider, or card issuer without first exhausting jill6's dispute resolution process.

06 Games & Fairness

All Games available on the jill6 Platform — including slot machines, live casino tables, bingo rooms, fishing arcade titles, and sports betting markets — operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanics sourced from regulated game providers. No game outcome on jill6 is pre-determined, manipulated, or influenced by any factor other than the mechanics of the game itself.

jill6 publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles and key casino games within the game information sections accessible from each game's interface. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-run return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

• Sports betting odds are set by jill6's odds compiling team and are subject to change prior to the commencement of a market. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that will apply to that Wager.
• In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or network interruption that affects the integrity of a Wager, jill6 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account balance.
• jill6 reserves the right to remove, suspend, or modify any Game at any time without prior notice for technical, regulatory, or commercial reasons.

07 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jill6 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal operations:

Deposits

• The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard cards. jill6 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your Account balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected.
• jill6 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. If your Account has not previously been verified, jill6 will initiate the verification process upon your first withdrawal request.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within one (1) business day for verified Accounts. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• jill6 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for withdrawals that exceed standard thresholds or that arise in connection with bonus play.
• Winnings derived entirely from bonus funds may be subject to additional review before withdrawal is approved.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

jill6 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral incentives. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have a verified jill6 Account in good standing. jill6 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its discretion.
• Each bonus is subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific promotion terms and are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus = ₱30,000 in qualifying Wagers).
• Only Wagers placed on qualifying games contribute toward wagering requirements. The contribution rate may vary by game type — for example, slots may contribute 100% while table games contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• jill6 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, Players who have already opted in and are actively meeting wagering requirements will be given a reasonable period to complete them.
• Only one bonus may be active in your Account at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

In the event of any inconsistency between these general bonus conditions and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

09 Responsible Gaming

jill6 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines. Gaming should be an entertaining leisure activity — not a source of financial stress or personal harm.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jill6 Players at no charge, accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account to control your spending.
• Session reminders: Configure time-based notifications that alert you to the duration of your current gaming session.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntarily suspend your Account for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen prompts showing your net session result to assist informed decision-making.

jill6 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately suspended, all Wagers voided, and any deposits returned through the original payment method where possible. jill6 will not pay winnings to any Player who was underage at the time of play.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the jill6 Platform — including but not limited to the jill6 name, logo, trade marks, game graphics, software interfaces, website design, written content, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of jill6 or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without the express written consent of jill6.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Use the jill6 name, logo, or trade marks in any context without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of jill6 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jill6 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruptions or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond jill6's reasonable control.
• Loss of data, Account access, or game progress resulting from network disruptions, device failures, or third-party service outages.
• Any decision made by a Player in reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game RTP figures, or promotional terms.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account where jill6 has not been negligent in its security obligations.
• The conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers whose services are integrated into the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits jill6's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

In any event, jill6's total aggregate liability to any individual Player arising from or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

jill6 collects, processes, and stores personal information provided by Players in accordance with the jill6 Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices relevant to these Terms include:

• jill6 collects identity, contact, financial, and gaming activity data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming monitoring.
• Player data may be shared with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other Philippine regulatory bodies where required by law.
• jill6 does not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to jill6's legal data retention obligations. Such requests may be submitted through the jill6 support team.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jill6 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, changes to Platform features or payment methods, updated responsible gaming requirements, corrections to ambiguous or incomplete provisions, or commercial and operational changes affecting the Platform.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a Player — jill6 will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via the email address registered to your Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request closure of your Account and return of any undisputed real-money balance.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and jill6 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through jill6's internal dispute resolution process:

1. Step 1 — Support Request: Submit a detailed description of your complaint to the jill6 support team. jill6 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to jill6's compliance team, who will conduct an independent internal review and respond within fourteen (14) business days.
3. Step 3 — PAGCOR Referral: If the dispute remains unresolved after exhausting jill6's internal process, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR through its established player complaint procedures for licensed online gaming operators.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a Philippine court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
